A Bit About Me

I'm not your ordinary trainer. With over 10 years of experience in health and fitness, I started CJDJ Fitness at the age of 23 in Los Angeles, California while attending college. I've always been passionate about working out and CJDJ Fitness is just an extension of that. It's important to know that training with me isn't just about achieving results. Working hard, being consistent and taking on challenges all play a key role in who I am and what I stand for and I hope my clients can be inspired to do the same.

Accountability? How does that work?

Accountability is what has set me apart from other trainers. This truly is a personal program with a personal approach. I require my clients to send meal pictures and their steps everyday. We set goals not only for our sessions but for your off days as well.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

A personalized nutrition program is included in your package. I also do daily accountability where I have the client send me their meal pictures. So, you have no reason to fall off!

Am I required to take before and after pictures?

You are welcome to take pictures of yourself through this process. As the trainer, I will be tracking your progress through body weight and body fat percentage.

When should I expect to see results?

This isn't an overnight thing. It will take hard work and dedication. What you put in is what you will get out. I specialize in a 12-Week transformation supported by rigorous workouts and a strict diet plan.

My apartment has a gym. Can you train me there?

Yes, as long as your apartment gym approves that you can bring your Trainer into the facility.

I have a spare room and a couple of dumbbells? Can you train me at my home?

Please inquire with me on the basic equipment you would need for me to supply an "At-Home Session." Garage or backyard is preferred if you choose to go this route.

Do you provide couple sessions?

I prefer 1-on-1 sessions with my clients so that they can receive the full attention and support throughout the workout. If you have any questions about that, please contact me.
